DESCRIPTION
Being offered a used Low & Duff commercial duty jacketed chocolate kettle/mixer/temperer fitted with hot water circulating pump, a gate type paddle, ball valve tangent draw off . Unit operates on 208/230V three phase electric. The heater and pump operate on single phase electric. Manufacturers plate indicates the model number as a CK1 manufactured in August 1984. We believe the capacity to be roughly 3000lbs based on the information obtained from their website. We have hooked up and tested the unit “in house” and it operates as designed.
