DESCRIPTION
Being offered a used commercial duty, jacketed chocolate kettle melter/mixer/temperer fitted with hot water circulating pump, a gate type paddle, Guillotine valve draw off, and lift off lid. The mixer could be used for a number of things including sauces. Add a pump to transfer or deposit. Unit operates on 208/230V single phase electric. Manufacturers plate indicates it was manufactured by the National Gourmet Co. the model number is 1622. The interior kettle measures 31” wide X 20” high. We believe the capacity to be roughly 500lbs. We have hooked up and tested the unit “in house” and it operates as designed.
